My armed guards...

This is what you are greeted with at the entrance of the ER i work at...this absolutely blows me away. we have armed protection...it's scary how desperate people get when they fear a storm such as this. the day has been going pretty smoothly...most of you may not know that i work at the 3rd busiest ER in the city, and #1 and #2 are at max capacity so if you aren't dying, a limb is not falling off, you are not getting past this...i hope you all stay safe during these next 24hrs.
