Shrek 3D

Addison and I went to a birthday party this past month and saw Shrek 3D...it was her first movie. It went ok...She didn't really get into the movie so she was asking to go to the restroom, wanted food, wanted to change seats...but at least she stayed pretty quiet and we made it through to the end...glad everyone with us was patient.

Pedi's for the girls

In Brenham a couple weeks ago, Coty and I took the girls to get their toes painted...Grasyn did so well, sat still and even stayed there long enough for her toes to dry. I didn't get a pick of Addison getting hers done, she was too busy gabbing to the ladies around her.


Here are there toes together when we got home...Grasyn's are blue and addison picked pink and purple.

Ellie 8 months

Ellie is 8 months old today...she is such a good baby. as a matter of fact, she slept until 9:45 this morning...so mommy can brag quite a bit about her right now. She is always happy, laughs at her sister all the time. Addison has become a little more aggressive with her lately, but we are trying to get into her head that she isn't a doll that she can just toss around. Just a minute ago she was attempting to put her in a bag...never good. I've caught her trying to drag her by her feet around the room, pull her clothes to drag her, pick her up by her elbows and then just drop her. Poor Ellie is gonna be a tough one, Addison will make sure of it. I have yet to see her cry for any of it so at least she isn't being hurt by her joyful sister.
What Ellie is doing these days...

• sitting up from lying down
• crawling, if you can call it that
• has two teeth and a couple more coming in
• eating stars and yogurt bites
• loves those cookie things
• trying the sippy cup out
• trying 3rd foods but isn't too sure about them
• laughs all the time
• is becoming more curious about Gabby
