The Washington County Fair

The fair is a tradition in brenham and for good reason...I know remember what all the fuss was about as a child. Taking Addison down there for the first time was like reliving it myself. I had such a good time watching her face see everything for the first time. Robert was in Colorado praying I wouldn't go into labor for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial Ceremony so Nana had to pick up his slack...and she did a great job. She hadn't been down to the fair in years but we owe her a big thank you for helping out...being two weeks from my due date made things a little more interesting and much harder to do...so THANK YOU NANA.

Rides

Rides, rides, rides were my favorite part of the fair growing up and it looks like these two completely agree...they loved every minute of getting on all the rides... mostly the same rides that were there when I was a kid. Grasyn may appear to be crying in some of the photos but she didn't want to be strapped in, the minute the ride started, her eyes were so big and her mouth was wide open...it was priceless.

Pony Ride

I was in absolute shock when she told me she wanted to ride the pony down at the fair....I think it helped her friends Riley and Hayden were there and rode them as well...she acted like she has ridden one before...I was so proud...

Astros Game Round 2, sept 9

We took addison back to another astros game this year since she did so well at the previous game. This time, I spent a little more money on good seats for Robert's birthday and boy were they good seats...just before the game, addison was pretty cranky and i was so worried she was gonna ruin the day but in the end, she had another great time. we were really close to the field and the action and she had a few extra seats to run around in...overall, the day was great and we pulled out a bottom of the ninth victory so it was all worth it...go stros...

First Day of MDO, Sept 9th

Addison started her second year of mother's day out on sept 9th...she was so excited about school and was ready to go that morning...she insisted gabby be in her picture before we left the house...
