Addison is ruling the roost as usual. She climbs all over gabby and gabby seems to have no problem with it. Nothing much has changed this week. We are all finally getting over whatever sinus bug has plagued most of my family. Poor brad got the worst of it with his ruptured eardrum...hope you feel better soon. Work and play is all we are up to, i have to work all weekend so that leaves daddy daughter day. I'm sure they'll have fun, they always do...i added a slide show, it's a mix of Jackson's b-day party and just around the house pics...until next time...

Our first Astros game with Addison
The first picture should have been an indication to how our night at a baseball game with a newly walking toddler would be...she wouldn't stay in our laps, all she wanted to do was walk around...so mommy took her out of the seats so daddy could enjoy a couple of innings of the game. except he was worried about us the whole time, he didn't enjoy the game. needless to say, next time, little one will stay with the babysitter...astros got killed anyways...enjoy the pics...

The Big Move
So I didn't want to jinx us so i waited a couple of weeks...we had a difficult transition from the countertop tub to the real tub...with that said, it's still not in her tub, she has graduated to our tub and has taken over my wonderful jacuzzi tub (not so sad considering i don't use it as often as i'd like). at least we aren't getting everything in site wet in the kitchen...
something about the tub upstairs just upset her, maybe the water pressure, maybe dora the explorer, we haven't quit figured it out...i don't really care as long as i don't have to spend my evening cleaning the kitchen cabinets, counter, and floor...

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!
I hope each of you mother's out there had a great day. I would like to say a special happy mother's day to my own mom. I love you very much. You are great and we appreciate you tremendously. I know I don't tell you enough, and I now realize how underappreciated mother's around the world actually are...Thank you for all that you do.
And let's not forget dorothy, you are my husband's rock, he loves you so much and you are so gracious. you are the best mother-in-law anyone could ask for...thank you for all all that you do.
So my mother's day started off terrible and only got worse. I went to mom's(nana's) yesterday because Robert was working and i was going to return this afternoon when i got a text from him early this am (I of course didn't get it because I was sleeping). then get a phone call telling me he is feeling terrible...did i mention Addison is running fever also...so we load up and headed back home. so i now went from hanging out getting a great home cooked meal, to a sick husband and daughter...no pitty please, everyone is doing ok, or at least better i should say. i am just thankful that my husband treats just about everyday as mother's day so one downer won't kill us...and that face just has to make you smile, even if it is unhappy and running fever...until next time...

Addison walking
Uncle Brad was the one who got Addison to walk for the first time, and the day before her birthday...what a present.
Getting Started...
After much hesitance on my part, the Logan clan is online...sorry for the delay. If I would have known this was so easy, I would have had this up and running long ago. Our lives are pretty boring but most people still want to know what is going on with us. So here goes...Addison just turned one and is now walking everywhere. She is running over Gabby(our 80 lb dog) and getting into everything she can reach. Once I get this all figured out I'll post again...until then.
