First day of school

Today marked the day that Addison started mother's day out. We really want her to be around other kids her age and learn to interact with them. I have been dreading this day, i must say. I want her to do all those things but i want her to stay home with me as well. it has been an emotional day. most of you think i'm crazy but it was hard for both robert and me. We've been trying to tell her that she was going to school today and she would even say school, but she has terrible seperation anxiety.

and then reality sets in that we are leaving. this is the only pic i got of her as we rushed out the door to get away from the screams. the teacher, Ms. Diane told us to just go and don't look back. it was so hard.

i called an hour later and they said she was doing great, playing and eating, so some of the nausea and stress were gone. so robert and i went to breakfast and a movie...little date in the middle of the week. it was nice. til next time...
